Our business has been established for over nearly 30 years, during which time we have built a wealth of experience in all types of commercial, industrial and domestic flooring.

The owner - Callum Finlay carries out all work himself (we do not sub-contract) and we can arrange references of recent contracts if required.

We are used to working over school holidays, during shut-downs and bank holidays.

We provide a personal service from the initial enquiry through to finishing and aftercare / maintenance of your floor.

Our family run business provides a service to both domestic and commercial customers which includes:

repair and resealing of wood floors;

renovation / re-coating of engineered wood floors;

court line markings for gymnasium and sports hall floors;

concrete hearth removal, gap filling between boards, non-slip floor seals;

oiled floors cleaned, buffed and finished ready for your own maintenance;

wooden staircases, doors, beams and fireplace surrounds can be stripped and sealed (often work a general decorator is reluctant to undertake);

supplying and fitting thresholds, beading, scotia and custom made fireplace / hearth surrounds;
